TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to LivePhysics.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through LivePhysics’s official website (LivePhysics.lk), social media platforms and other official sales channels. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS
LivePhysics offers educational materials, including physics books, study guides, and related publications. We make every reasonable effort to display our products, editions, and descriptions accurately.

2. ORDERS & AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their selected titles, quantities, name, contact number and delivery address are correct when placing an order.

LivePhysics reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where:
– The requested book or publication is out of print or unavailable.
– Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.
– Payment cannot be verified where advance payment is required.
– The order appears fraudulent or suspicious.
– We are unable to fulfil the order for another reasonable operational reason.
If payment has already been received for an order we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve the item unless the order has been confirmed.

3. PRICES & DELIVERY CHARGES
All prices are stated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will be charged at the price agreed when the order was confirmed. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated separately before order confirmation. LivePhysics reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or typographical errors.

4. PAYMENTS
Available payment methods may include:
– Bank transfer
– Cash on Delivery (COD)
– Other approved payment methods made available by LivePhysics

5. CASH ON DELIVERY
Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers must provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive and pay for their order. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on COD for future orders.

6. DISPATCH & DELIVERY
We aim to deliver orders within an estimated 2–4 working days, unless a different timeframe is communicated. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to the LivePhysics Return & Exchange Policy. Items must be unused, unread, and unaltered. If you receive a damaged (e.g., misprints) or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact LivePhysics as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

9. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Promotional offers and discount codes have specific conditions. They cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other discounts, and must be used within the valid period.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original content associated with LivePhysics including brand names, logos, book contents, original artwork, cover designs, study materials, written content and promotional materials is owned by or licensed to LivePhysics. Such material may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

11. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Information provided through our website is intended for general product and educational purchasing purposes. Occasional errors or omissions may occur, and LivePhysics reserves the right to correct them.

12. LIABILITY & CUSTOMER RIGHTS
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LivePhysics will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
LivePhysics may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our products or operations. The latest published version will apply to future orders.
