RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At LivePhysics, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. We want you to be happy with your purchase of our educational materials and publications. Please read our return and exchange policy below.

EXCHANGES
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
– The book or publication must be unread, unused and in its original condition.
– All original packaging, shrink-wrap (if applicable), and labels must remain intact.
– The item must not show any signs of wear, creased pages, spine damage, stains, or alterations.
– Proof of purchase or order details must be provided.

Eligible books and publications may be exchanged for another title or product, subject to availability. Items purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, clearance offers or with special discounts are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for delivery or courier charges associated with an exchange unless the exchange is required due to an error by LivePhysics.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective (e.g., misprints, missing pages) or different from what you ordered, please contact LivePhysics as soon as possible after receiving your order.
We may request photographs or other relevant information to verify the issue before approving a return. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund. Where the error is on our part, the applicable return courier charges will be covered by LivePhysics.

REFUNDS
Refunds are generally offered only for items received damaged, defective or incorrect.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, wherever possible. Please allow approximately 7 working days for us to process an approved refund after receiving the returned item.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges for:
– Books that have been read, used, highlighted, or written in.
– Items without their original packaging.
– Items showing signs of improper handling, moisture damage, or tears.
– Digital products, downloadable content, or access codes.
– Sale, clearance, promotional or specially discounted items, except where received damaged, defective or incorrect.
– Items submitted for a change-of-mind exchange outside the 7-day exchange period.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
All returns or exchanges must be approved by LivePhysics before the item is sent back.
Please contact us with your:
– Name
– Contact number
– Order number or proof of purchase
– Reason for return or exchange
– Preferred replacement product, if applicable
– Photographs of the product, if applicable

PLEASE NOTE
LivePhysics reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange or refund if the returned product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any additional amount payable for a higher-priced replacement must be settled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to accommodate changes to the delivery address or order details. This policy applies to purchases made directly through LivePhysics’s official sales channels.
